For all my classes, the best way to communicate with me will be through email. You can find my email on the syllabus or on the school website. When emailing me, please observe proper email etiquette. Below is a video that provides some information and includes a link you can share with your parents or guardian to go over with them to learn more.
The main ideas are:
Use the subject line for a summary of your email, not your email!
Say hello.
Be respectful in your email.
Be clear on what you are emailing about.
Include your name in the email.
Learning how to use email is an important life skill. Work on this skill when you have to email me and your other teachers. Know the difference between emailing a friend and someone on a professional level. Do not treat emails like a text to a friend. Do your best to learn these skills, and I will help you. Your email abilities will not affect your grade.
